1. Scope and Owner

This Privacy Policy governs the collection, storage, processing, and transfer of personal data by HBELLO, which is owned, operated, and managed exclusively by Mega Digital Solutions Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"). This policy is structured in compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA), 2023 of India.

2. Consent and Authorization

By registering, accessing, or using HBELLO, you provide your unconditional and irrevocable consent to the Company to collect, store, process, and transfer your personal, professional, and financial data as outlined herein. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

3. Data Collection and Usage Limit

The Company collects user-provided information (including contact details, identity proofs, resume, skills, bank accounts, and transaction records) and technical data (IP addresses, device information) solely to run the marketplace. The Company does not sell your personal data. However, you authorize the Company to share details with third-party service providers (payment processors, verification services) and government bodies as required for operational security and compliance.

4. Limitation of Security Liability

The Company implements industry-standard technical and organizational measures to safeguard data. However, since no transmission over the internet is completely secure, the Company shall not be held liable for any data breach, hacking, loss, or unauthorized access that occurs due to factors beyond the Company's direct control or due to force majeure events (including but not limited to cyber-attacks, government actions, and server crashes).

5. User Data Rights and Erasure

In accordance with DPDPA 2023, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. However, the Company reserves the right to retain transactional records, financial logs, and security-related details for a period required to satisfy tax, audit, legal liabilities, or government demands under Indian law.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any grievances, claims, or disputes regarding data protection and privacy shall be addressed to our Grievance Officer at hello@hbello.com or contact@hbello.com. All disputes are subject to exclusive arbitration in New Delhi, India, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
